• Pipes vs Mics

    The organ chords are still resonating from last night's Pipes vs Mics event at Southbank Centre. This was the culmination of our work with nine young poets who created new poems for exhibition and performance based on the newly refurbished Royal Festival Organ, all 7,866 pipes of it. A melange of organists, beatboxers, sound artists, saxophonists and poets came together to welcome the organ home.

  • Overnight with the Organ

    The Breathing of the Bellows is a project we're running for London's Southbank Centre, working with nine young poets to create new work to form part of a festival to celebrate the refurbishment of the giant pipe organ in the Royal Festival Hall. Next week, we'll all be sleeping the night on the RFH stage with a resident organ scholar to play us lullabies. Poets, pipes and pajamas.
